This policy explains what information greenchronix.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The site is run by GreenChronix, a software development studio in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.

Information you send us

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, your company if you add one, and your message. We use them to reply to your enquiry and to discuss the project you describe.

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever you send through that service.

How your enquiry reaches us

• Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and kept in our business email account. The website itself does not store them in a database.
• To stop repeated or automated submissions, the form briefly checks your IP address against recent requests. This check happens in server memory and the address is not saved.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and clicks on our contact buttons. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. We see totals such as how many people visited, not who they were.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the service secure.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising.

Links to other services

Our WhatsApp, Google Maps and LinkedIn links open those services, which handle your information under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep enquiries

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to reply to you and to handle any work that follows. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you have sent us, email build@greenchronix.com. We reply within 24 hours.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
